Organization United for Respect at Walmart Member Testimonials
Across the country, Associates are sharing their experiences with one another, speaking to Associates who work in other Walmart stores for perhaps the first time. Many of us has never spoken with someone who worked at another Walmart location before getting involved in Organization United for Respect at Walmart.
But when we did reach out and listen to one another, what we found was that there were parts of our experiences that we had in common. We had thought that a problem was just a problem “at my store.” But now we know that only by standing together, within and across locations, can we bring about meaningful change.
