Tell Your Story and Hear From Others Like You

As Walmart celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, the company will be telling customers and communities a one-sided story about the impact of its business on our country.

But we know that’s not the complete story.

Walmart at 50: How Making Change at Walmart Today Can Rebuild America showcases the stories of Walmart associates, warehouse workers, customers, neighborhood residents, and those working in production and Walmart’s supply chains throughout the world. As vital stakeholders for change at Walmart, our stories offer a more complete story that Walmart won’t tell. The video featured above is just one example.

The choice is ours. It’s up to each of us to speak out today to change this company so we can make the next 50 years better for us and our families.

"At my store we’ve really been affected by inconsistent scheduling. My coworkers and I worked with management to find a solution. Now they post a schedule of available shifts, so that we can get more hours if we want."
